Functional Medicine Consultation

Our Functional Medicine Consultation offers a thorough assessment of your health, focusing on identifying the root cause of any condition and creating a personalized treatment plan. The process includes filling out a very extensive health history form providing us with all pertinent medical records and when the doctor reviews these an initial consultation/ exam is scheduled.  Tests will then be ordered as needed and a report of findings with a treatment plan scheduled.
